When asked a high percentage of customers stated they refer their friends to businesses IF they have had a good experience – a few even stated they make it a point to rave when the experience was amazing!
Solution – ask every customer if their experience was a good one, and then ask for referrals BEFORE THEY LEAVE! Get creative – but most of all sincerely thank everyone for their business!
