Perhaps it was a full moon, but there were many cranky customers this week .
Solution – check your reviews and respond to the issues you are hearing from your customers! If a customer leaves a review that is unfavorable address the issues – if possible, reach out to the customer and address these same concerns directly.
Many times you may lose a great customer over a misunderstanding. If possible, fix it!
